Starting April 3rd, Dow Credit Union will launch a new and enhanced digital banking experience.
The conversion will take place on March 31st through April 2nd. As a result, you will not have access to Bill Pay on these days. The new system will be fully available on the afternoon of Monday, April 3rd.
Don’t worry, you won’t have to set up your automatic payments again, and there will be some new and exciting features for you to explore, such as:

Plus, enjoy advanced features to view transaction history and set up alerts for low account balance, recent deposits, and upcoming payments due.

With Dow and Card Control, you can manage how, when and where your cards are used. Turn your cards on and off in seconds, restrict transactions to certain merchants, and enable spending limits and location-based alerts. You can even get real-time balance inquiries and locate ATMs using Card Controls on our mobile app.
